Charges Finally Laid in School Boy’s Road Death

Andrew Harding was released on $22,000.00 bail on Wednesday when he made his first court appearance, charged with the death of a Westerhall Secondary School student some two weeks ago.

Harding has been slapped with a charge of ‘death by dangerous driving’ resulting from an incident in which the motor vehicle he was driving struck the Westerhall Secondary student killing him on the spot.

Harding has been ordered to make his second appearance in court on July 25.
