Dharamshala:- Dharamshala: Thousands of Tibetans including officials, students, monks and nuns living in exile celebrated their 51st Democracy Day Friday, September 2. The ceremony was graced by Prem Kumar Dhumal, India’s Himachal Pradesh State chief minister at the main temple, the Himalayan town of McLeod Ganj, Dharamshala.Other guests who attended the occasion are Kalon Tripa (Tibetan political leader) Dr. Lobsang Sangay, Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile Speaker Penpa Tsering, and Chief Justice Ngawang Phelgyal.
