News Americas, BRASILIA, Brazil, Weds. May 25, 2011: Four more bodies were pulled from a lake in Brazil Tuesday, two days after a boat carrying about 100 people sank.
The body of a woman and three other adults were found by divers, bringing the death total from the accident at artificial Lake Paranoa in the Brazilian capital of Brasilia to eight.
Three people are still be missing but authorities do not have a definitive passenger list for the vessel, called ‘Imagination,’ Agencia Brasil reported.
A total of 93 people were pulled from the water alive after the boat sank Sunday night while the passengers were celebrating a party on board.
The sinking is still under investigation.
