Knutsford Express, a leading provider of transportation services in Jamaica, recently released better-than-recovery results for its November 2022 quarter.
The company recorded sales of $398 million, 65 per cent more than the 241 million in the comparative year.
Additionally, the company reported a net profit of $59 million from a loss of $820,000 over the same period last year.
The rapid year-on-year results are attributed to the company’s strong focus on customer service and the growth of the transportation industry in Jamaica.
Knutsford said it has been able to maintain its market share in the face of increased competition due to its efficient operations, modern fleet of vehicles, and excellent customer service.
Additionally, the company has embraced digital technology to improve the customer experience, such as online booking, contactless payments, and real-time tracking of vehicles.
The changes have enabled Knutsford Express to remain competitive in the transportation market.
