The Department of Chemistry at the Mona Campus of the University of the West Indies (UWI) has told the Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF) that it discovered a high concentration of the deadly Ethanol substance in the stomach of late Grenada ex-Senator Neilon Franklyn.
