The Grenada Bar Association ("GBA") has observed with keen interest the ongoing public discussion and media coverage, including recent comments made by Learned Counsel Mr. Cajeton Hood and the interview granted to the Grenada Broadcasting Network (GBN) by the Acting Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr. Howard Pinnock, concerning the filing of private criminal complaints before the St. George's Magistrate's Court and the subsequent intervention of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
